Ron A. Vanderhoof, PLS - Owner/CEO
Ron Vanderhoof is a West Virginia Tech Civil Engineering & Surveying Technology graduate. Ron has been licensed as a professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina since January 2000. After spending most of his career working for engineering and construction firms in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, he decided to open his own company in 2022. Ron has been married to his wife, Cindy, for 34 years, and they have three adult children and two grandchildren.
In his spare time, Ron enjoys reading, spending time with family, and watching West Virginia football.
Seth A. Vanderhoof, SI - Project Manager
Seth Vanderhoof has earned his Associate in Engineering from Johnson Community College in 2023. After starting his surveying career under his father, Ron, he went off to a larger surveying and engineering firm where he developed many CAD skills as well as greater understanding of the field, before returning in January of 2025. Seth has passed his Fundamentals of Surveying exam as well as the NSPS Certified Survey Technician II Field exam.
Seth enjoys watching the Los Angeles Rams play football in the fall and golfing on the weekends.
